The fireproof, waterproof, intumescent MetraSeal 120 is the premier method to quickly fill the gap wherever round pipe penetrates floors, ceilings, and walls in commercial, industrial and residential applications.

Unlike caulk, MetraSeal 120 is a fast, permanent installation that gives you a verifiable thickness every time. It fills the gap around any steel, copper, EMT and up to 2-inch PVC/CPVC, pipe. And it is cleaner, more professional, more labor-efficient installation.

Intumescent formulation
UL Classified with up to a 2-hour fire protection rating (1-hour rating on PVC/CPVC), its intumescent formulation causes the seal to swell and form a hard, crust-like barrier when exposed to fire.

MetraSeal 120 installs fast in walls, floors, and foundations, an any weather, creating a positive mechanical seal.

A quick-to-install, snug, permanent rubber seal, it takes minutes to install around electrical conduit and other round pipe, including steel, plastic, cast iron and copper. It installs up to 75% faster, saving time and money. And no drying or curing time is needed, so it's better than using messy caulk.

*The F Rating of the firestop system is dependent upon the nominal annular space within the firestop system. If the annular space within the firestop system is 1-3/16 inch or less, the F Rating is 2-hour. If the annular space within the firestop system is greater than 1-3/16 inch, the F Rating is 1-1/2 hour.
